  Slow to open additional registers when long line developed. Employees were hanging out chatting. Also, obedience course was held outside of designated area causing blockage of aisles.

  Super happy I went to this store, I was planning to buy from Amazon because they have the best price, but I thought I wanted to keep jobs in my community so I should go into the store. Plus my dog really needs a ride in the car. And my cat desperately needs flea medication today not in two or three days. So it’s Saturday afternoon and I drive up and bring my big dog in with me. She picks a big fight with the tiny little dog in the parking lot, makes me look great. … Huh Someone walks by and asked if I need help, and I decide this time I’m gonna say yes. Usually let people walk by me because I don’t want to talk to anyone. So I talk to this guy and his blue vest, and I tell him I’m looking for flea medications for my cat. He says they were upfront. I say I’m also looking for FURminator is for my dog, that will also work on my cat. He said I’ll show you where the dog brushes are, and when we get there, we check out the dog brushes. I say I used to use a FURminator, would that be good on this dog? He said, why don’t we ask the experts? And walked me over to the grooming area and we talk to the groomers. And we get some opinions about my dogs for type, sickness, and shedding. In the end they recommend this rubber brush type sponge thing. It’s a fourth the price of the FURminator. I’m skeptical. I have one of these things and I thought it was crappy years ago, only couple years ago actually. But these are professional groomers. I decide to check it out anyways I buy the cheap brush against my own judgment. Thinking I’ll probably have to return it. Anyways I go home later on brush the dog on chilling in the yard there on the ball. And I swear that cheap rubber brush? That thing worked on my cat and my dog and both really liked. Both are sensitive skin, my dog more so than my cat which is weird because she’s 90 pound Shepherd and the cat is 9 pounds of extra sure hair orange temperamental sensitive kitty. So I had to write about my experience because of that service - that made huge difference to me and made me feel a lot friendlier about that store. As you can probably see by my review. And one of the big reasons I went to the store in the first place, and one reason I’m super glad I did, is because I’m keeping jobs in my community. I told this to the manager. He told me, I am so glad you came. I want you to come into the store, I want to keep our jobs here, let me know what you need to keep coming in. They price match other local retailers and will discuss pricing in general, so go! Give your neighbor a job.
